Collaboration Call from Graphic Era Hill University (GEHU):
GEHU reached out Impact Investors, proposing a collaboration in People’s Science Institute (PSI) for a training program in a remote Himalayan village in Kumaon, Uttarakhand, India.
Goal: Execute a training program focusing on community-based tourism and marketing local agro products and crafts for a community of 17 families.
Phase-I: On-Site Exploration and SoW Creation:
Uncovering Realities: Impact Investors boots on the ground, spending meaningful time in the remote Himalayan village to comprehend the intricacies of their challenges.
Crafting the SoW: Armed with insights, Impact Investors drafted a Scope of Work (SoW) that would steer the project in a direction aligned with the community's needs.manimahesh
